The Nagakaku plate comes in packs of 6 or 100 and are 29 x 9cm.
This plate would be great for canapes (pair it up with some bamboo skewers), entrees, small shared plates, or even a trio of desserts.
Wasara products are designed in Japan as single-use, stunning and eco-friendly tableware. Made from a composite of 100% renewable, tree-free materials: bamboo, reed and sugarcane waste, its delicately dimpled and curved plates and bowls, and green-credentials won me over. All Wasara products are biodegradable and can be composted, dug into your garden or put in your worm bin.
You can use Wasara for hot or cold food and they won't lose shape, even after hours of use.
I've used this plate as pictured or upside down, which is equally as beautiful.
I wrote a blog post a few years ago about some of the eco disposable plates that are available, here's what I said...
The Nagakaku plates are a perfect accompaniment to the Wasara dinner party set that I've collated.
